Questions.

Ch. VI · Notes for the reader

  • Note 01What's the smallest project you take?

Most engagements start at 4 weeks / ~$20K USD. We occasionally take 2-week sprints for existing clients or pro-bono work.

  • Note 02Are you locked into a specific stack?

We default to Next.js + Tailwind + Supabase + Vercel because it ships fast and stays maintainable. We'll happily work in your stack if you have one.

  • Note 03What does "AI-native development" actually mean?

Claude and Cursor are first-class tools in our build process — not bolt-ons. We design prompts, libraries, and review loops the way a senior engineer designs functions. The result: more shipped, less typed.

  • Note 04Do we own the code?

Yes — fully. Code, designs, content, and accounts transfer to you at handoff. We retain no exclusive rights.

  • Note 05How do you handle Japanese localization?

Bilingual EN/JP is core to how HonuVibe operates. Every project can ship with JP-native typography, layout, and copy reviewed by a native speaker — not machine translation.
